PAYMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Refund: If you are dissatisfied with your one-way ($5) ride or ride has to be abruptly cancelled for emergency reasons. Also, cancellations for scheduled rides made 3 days or more prior to the scheduled event/service will receive a full refund of the payment.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event/service will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions: In the event of a genuine emergency, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis.
